- The Conference language will be English
- The official language for Abstracts: English
- Abstracts are to be submitted online (maximum 200 words)
- All papers will be judged by the Conference Program Committee
- Presentations (maximum 20 slides) including video (maximum 2 – 3 minutes) are encouraged
- Accepted full papers will be submitted to the Proceeding with Scopus Indexing
- Selected papers will be submitted to the Journal with Scopus Indexing
