Using a mixed qualitative and quantitative approach, this study evaluates the condition of roads, public transportation, and pedestrian facilities and how these elements affect accessibility, connectivity, and community travel patterns. Data were obtained through surveys, interviews with policy makers, and literature analysis on transportation policy and urban planning. The results of the analysis show that adequate transportation infrastructure improves community mobility and encourages local economic growth, while strengthening Medan's attractiveness as a center for trade and investment.
