Copyright Notice
The following are the rights and licenses in SKYHAWK. By submitting an article/manuscript, the author agrees to these policies. No special documentation is required for approval.
1. Lisence
Non-commercial use of the article will be governed by the Creative Commons Attribution license currently displayed in Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License.
2. Author's Guarantee
The author warrants that the article is original, written by the stated author, has not been published before, does not contain any unlawful statements, does not infringe the rights of others, is subject to copyright that belongs exclusively to the author and is free from third party rights, and that the author has obtained the necessary written permission to quote from other sources.
3. User Rights
SKYHAWK's passion is to distribute published articles as freely as possible. Below lisensi Creative Commons, SKYHAWK permits users to copy, distribute, display, and perform the work for non-commercial purposes only. Users are also required to provide attribution to the author and SKYHAWK when distributing the work in journals and other publications.
4. Author's Rights
The author retains all rights to the published work, such as (but not limited to) the following rights:
- Copyright and other proprietary rights related to the article, such as patents,
- The right to use the substance of the article in one's own future works, including lectures and books,
- The right to reproduce the article for personal use,
- The right to keep articles in personal archives,
- The right to enter into additional separate contractual agreements for the non-exclusive distribution of published versions of articles (e.g., including them in an institutional repository or publishing them in a book), with an acknowledgement of their initial publication in this journal (SKYHAWK).
5. Co-Author
If the article is jointly prepared by more than one author, the submitting author warrants that he or she has obtained permission from all co-authors to agree to this copyright and license notice on their behalf, and agrees to inform co-authors of the terms of this policy. SKYHAWK will not be responsible for anything that may arise from internal author disputes. SKYHAWK will only communicate with the corresponding author.
6. Royalty
As an open access journal and distributing articles for free under the terms of the stated Creative Commons license, authors are aware that SKYHAWK does not provide royalties or other fees to authors.
7. Others
SKYHAWK will publish (or have published) the article in the journal if the article's editorial process is successfully completed. SKYHAWK editors may modify the article in a style of punctuation, spelling, capitalization, referencing, and usage that they deem appropriate. The author acknowledges that the article may be published so that it will be publicly accessible and that access will be free for readers as stated in point 3.
